The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of products purchased from Crystal Mapping Limited on this site. Please read them carefully as using our site means that you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Ordering, Delivery and Returns
All our products can be purchased and downloaded on line. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server.
By choosing our download purchase option you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and to our Licence Terms.
Once you have downloaded our product(s) you will receive a WorldPay (www.worldpay.com) email confirmation for the transaction amount and an email order confirmation from us. Our emailed order confirmation will request you to provide us with details from your installed Crystal Mapping product which will enable us to send you a software key code.
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not buying in connection with a business) you have the right to cancel your order without giving reason, within a seven (7) day cooling off period. This seven (7) day period commences at the point at which you receive/download the product. Please note: the product does not need a software key code for the first seven (7) days from download.
We regret, however, that we are not obliged to accept returns or cancellations of contracts where a software key code has been issued by us.
If you have not received a software key code and wish to cancel your order please contact us and we will refund in full the cost of your order.
2. Customer Service
We aim to deliver first class products supported by first class customer service. If you believe you have received anything less than excellent service from us we want to know. 3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in UK pounds sterling. This site contains our definitive price list and is kept fully up to date.
4. VAT
Our VAT Number is 827 5756 91.
Our prices do not include VAT which is chargeable at 17.5% in the UK. VAT is also chargeable (at 17.5%) on all goods shipped to or downloaded in the rest of the world unless customers provide their VAT/tax number on headed paper or an official document which supports their status as a business entity.
5. Security of Ordering Online
Crystal Mapping uses WorldPay secure payments system. WorldPay (www.worldpay.com) is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group. WorldPay's payment systems achieve optimum levels of security - remote data storage, state of the art encryption techniques, and constant enhancements to payments and security technology.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any losses and costs connected with the sale of products or services to you shall not exceed the amount you originally paid us for the products or services in respect of which your claim relates.
We do not guarantee that our website is free from viruses or other infecting programmes
You may view and print out our pages for the sole purpose of buying a product(s). The copyright belongs to Crystal Mapping Ltd. You may not use pictures, logos, graphics, text or descriptions on our site for any other use.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by using these sites, which extends to the information, products or services displayed on those sites.
Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error free for many reasons, for example information can be corrupted, lost, destroyed, delayed, be incomplete or contain viruses.
While we take every precaution to ensure security, Crystal Mapping Limited accepts no liability for any loss or damage which may be caused by viruses or other pernicious code or third party action.

8. Jurisdiction
This site is controlled and operated from England. The terms and conditions of this site and any dispute about them or in relation to this site shall be governed by and subject to English Law. In the event that a dispute arises out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of or access to this site, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusivity of the English Court.
9. Privacy
As part of the ordering process, Crystal Mapping Ltd. may collect personal data concerning you.
We only collect information about you that you provide us with during the ordering process and only collect this information to enable us to process your orders in an efficient and professional manner.
Crystal Mapping agrees not to pass your personal data on to any third parties apart from those third parties essential to the supply and delivery of the products concerned.
As part of our commitment to Customer Service, Crystal Mapping aims to keep in close contact with its customers updating them of service level improvements and new product information. We will do this from time to time through direct mail or email. However, if you do not want any contact from Crystal Mapping please let us know.
